Where can I get information about the enrollment schedule?
Information about the enrollment schedule can be seen on daftar.ubaya.ac.id.

I graduated from vocational school (i.e. Diploma 3 graduate) and would like to continue bachelor study in Ubaya, what are the requirements?
Please provide the following documents:
1. Application letter for transferring from diploma to bachelor degree;
2. Copy of Diploma Certificate;
3. Copy of Diploma Transcript;
4. Accreditation certificated of your previous study program (i.e. diploma study);
5. Copy of Indonesian ID card (KTP);
6. Copy of student card;

All documents must be sent to the Ubaya Directorate of Academic Administration,

Surabaya 60284.

When does the New Student Orientation Period (MOB) start?
Information about MOB can be seen on mob.ubaya.ac.id.

When is the second re-enrollment period (re-enrollment II)?
The re-enrollment II period for applicants from Surabaya shall be held on July 2019. While for applicants from outside Surabaya is held on July 2019.

What if I want to change the study program I have selected?
Please send an email to humas@unit.ubaya.ac.id.

What are the requirements for the first re-enrolment (re-enrolment I)?
Please provide the following documents:
1. Copy of first installment of your Student Admission Fee (USP)proof of payment;
2. Statement Letter (brochure insertion no.3);
3. Copy of Year X-XII report cards that have been legalized;
4. 3×3 cm photo size (1 piece).

What are the requirements for re-enrolment II?
Please provide the following documents:

1. Copy of National Final Examination (UNAS) certificate and transcript that have legalized, 1 copy each;
2. Copy of birth certificate (1 copy);
3. Health certificate from doctor and Medical statement that you arenotcolor blind (especially for Faculty of Pharmacy, Engineering, Biotechnology, Creative Industry)
4. Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP) ;
5. Rp. 6,000 stamp duty (2 pieces).

I want to enroll, but do not have an Enrollment Number and PIN, what should I do?
For applicants who do not have a Prospective Student ID Card, please select the option “Saya ingin membayar biaya daftar dengan transfer menggunakan BCA Virtual Account”. You can also buy an application form at Ubaya Campus or the schools that partner with Ubaya.

How can I find out the announcement of new student admission?
Announcement of Potential Academic Test (TPA) can be found on daftar.ubaya.ac.id under Announcements page (click https://daftar.ubaya.ac.id/index.php?page=statusdaftar) or please login on daftar.ubaya.ac.id using the User ID and Password you have registered.

How can I enroll for postgraduate programs (S2)?

I have transferred the enrollment fee / USP, but why on the enrollment website, the status is still not validated yet (i.e. no tick)?
It takes 1 business day for the validation process.

What is the flow for enrollment without test (JPMK)?
The JPMK enrollment flow is as follows:
1. Register online on daftar.ubaya.ac.id;
2. Select “Jalur Tanpa Tes (JPMK)”, click Enroll;
3. Complete the online enrollment form;
4. Submit enrollment data;
5. Follow the enrollment instruction in the respective enrollment account.

What is the flow for enrollment with test?
The flow is as follows:
1. Register online on daftar.ubaya.ac.id;
2. Select “Jalur Test” (Jalur Umum), click enroll;
3. Complete the online enrollment form;
4. Submit enrollment data;
5. Attend the Academic Potential Test (TPA) as scheduled;
6. Follow the enrollment instruction in the respective enrollment account.

My school name has not been registered in Ubaya database, how to get my school name registered in Ubaya database?
School name registration:
1. Complete school data (name, address, city, province)
2. The latest school accreditation certificate from BAN SM

Does Ubaya provide scholarships for new students?
Yes, the university does provide scholarships for Ubaya new students. For further information on scholarships, please go to daftar.ubaya.ac.id, then click “Beasiswa” page.
